The threshold is based on the total UKCAT score. This threshold may differ in each admission cycle, as it is dependent on the scores achieved by applicants in the current cycle.UKCAT is not required for entry to the MBBS Programme.

Entry Requirements

GCSE Subjects RequiredIf Chemistry or Biology are not offered at AS/A-Level, they must be offered at GCSE with Grade A or 7.Students must be able to provide evidence of sustained academic achievement (GCSE or equivalent to include English Language B or higher) with a broad study of Science and Math up to the age of 15-16.
A-Level Subjects RequiredCandidates must have Chemistry and/or Biology at A or AS level. General Studies/Critical Thinking are not considered. For Biology, Chemistry and Physics, a pass is required in the practical element. If only one of Biology/Chemistry is offered at A or AS level, the other should be offered at GCSE with an A grade or 7.At least two science subjects, to include Chemistry, and a third academic subject.
