How?At St. George's, the UKCAT is used to rank applicants for the interview and post-interview waiting list. Candidates are required to score 500 or above in each section. Overall score required in 2018 was 2590. Will not be using the situation judgment section for 2019 entry. Those who meet their minimum academic criteria will be ranked according to 50:50 weighting (UKCAT 50% and academic ability 50%). UKCAT scores sorted into deciles; candidates must score more than average UKCAT score to be considered (this was around 2330 in 2016).
