How?There is no UKCAT cut off score. The weightings of your application are as follows: academic score - 30%; personal statement score - 50%; UKCAT - 20%.Glasgow consider the UKCAT with all other aspects of your application. The range of scores they consider changes each year as the performance of each admissions cohort varies. The Situational Judgement section of the UKCAT test will not be taken into consideration for entry in 2017.

Entry Requirements

GCSE Subjects RequiredMinimum five GCSEs at grade A to include Mathematics, English Language and two science subjects. In England, where numerical GCSE grades will start to replace letter GCSE grades, we will be aligning the two grading schemes as follows: 4 or 5 is C, 6 is B, 7 is A, and 8 or 9 is A*.Grade B (Grade 6) in English Language.
A-Level Subjects RequiredAA in Chemistry and either Biology, Physics or Mathematics.Must include Chemistry and one of Maths, Physics or Biology. General Studies and Critical Thinking are not acceptable as third subjects. If Biology is not studied at A2 level, it must have been taken at AS level. Biology and Human Biology are NOT considered as separate subjects. Maths and Further Maths are NOT considered as separate subjects.
A-Level Grades RequiredAAA.AAA (in three A2 examinations at one sitting). If Biology not taken at A Level, then must be an A grade at AS level.
