There is no specific cut off applied but obviously a high score is advantageous. Entry Requirements

GCSE Subjects RequiredThey require biology, at least to GCSE grade A. Chemistry, Mathematics and English at least to GCSE grade B.At least six GCSEs at grade 7 (A) including biology and chemistry, one of either physics or maths must also be passed to grade 7 (A) with the other being grade 6 (B) and a minimum of grade 6 (B) in English language. (Double science requirement is 7,7 and triple science is 7,7,7).
A-Level Subjects RequiredChemistry and another science subject (Biology, Physics or Maths). Third subject can be anything apart from General Studies A-Level.Biology (or human biology) and chemistry at grade A (a pass is required in science practical tests, where assessed separately). The third A can be in any subject except citizenship studies, critical thinking, general studies and global perspectives. A levels must be taken within a two-year period.
A-Level Grades RequiredAAA.AAA
Scottish Highers Subjects RequiredAAAAB (minimum) at the same sitting of Highers, to include chemistry and another science subject (from biology, physics or mathematics). The other three Highers can be your own choice and this choice of subjects will not influence the assessment. We also require biology at least to grade A at National 5 and mathematics and English at least to grade B at National 5, if not studied at Higher. Achievement at Standard Grade/National 5 will also be taken into account.

Scottish Advanced Highers Subjects RequiredOffers will be conditional, based on three Advanced Highers/'crash' Highers taken in 6th year, at BBB grades. Candidates who have completed S6 and have not attained the 6th year entry requirements are unlikely to be considered.
